A BIT ABOUT ME

Originally from Cape Breton, I moved to Fairview in the early 1990's to attend Mount Saint Vincent University. I loved the quaintness of the community and decided to stay and make Fairview home. I've raised my children here, volunteer here, and last year opened a small business at the local rink. My roots are firmly planted in District 10, and I want to see our communities continue to thrive for generations to come.
PLATFORM
Invest in upgrades to public transit.
Build relationships across all levels of government to tackle the housing crisis.
No one should go hungry in our community.  I am passionate about working with local groups & farmers markets, and to fast track the JustFOOD initiative to assist those experiencing food insecurity.
Ensure future development includes plans to create parks, playgrounds and beautification projects.
Lobby the province to expand current schools and renew infastructure to reduce overcrowding.
Impliment road safety policies to protect residents, pedestrians and cyclists, with a commitment to improving parking enforcement measures.
Increase accessibility to local government and strenghten community involvement. Your voice matters!
Work to bring community policing to our neighbourhoods to address increasing reports of vandalism.
